Move for your Mental Health: Join our Mental Health Awareness Week Chatrooms
Join us for daily dedicated Mental Health Awareness Week chatrooms, designed to inspire and empower you on your journey to better mental health.
Gambling can have a negative effect on mental health, not only for the person who gambles but also for their loved ones. In 2022/23, 80% of callers to our National Gambling Helpline reported that anxiety or stress was an impact of their gambling.
For Mental Health Awareness Week (13th – 19th May), we’re hosting chatrooms across the week exploring this year’s theme ‘Movement: Moving more for our mental health’. Moving more can increase your energy, reduce stress and anxiety, and boost your self-esteem. Be sure to mark your calendar and join our chatrooms.
