Updated Advice on Coronavirus (Covid-19)
GamCare and our partners understand that clients may be worried about the spread of Corvid-19 (Coronavirus). We would like to reassure you that we are closely following Government and NHS guidance and that we are operating our services as normal for the time being.
We are accepting referrals as usual for all of our support services.
We ask that all our teams, clients and visitors wash their hands with soap upon entering our premises, as this is a vital way that we can limit the spread of the virus.
If any of our clients have concerns about visiting a GamCare premises or one of our partners, please contact the service directly to discuss alternative options such as online or telephone treatment.
Please note that current advice from the UK Government is that:
- Anyone with a new, continuous cough and a temperature of more than 37.8 degrees should stay at home for a minimum of seven days.
- Those with minor symptoms should not call 111, please check nhs.uk for updated information.
- If symptoms become more severe, contact 111 as normal.
